The second you mess up your cobblestone generator then you need to start your island all over again.
You see, the thing is, on mc.mcorigins.com (ExplodingTNT's) server cobblestone is basically money.
each block is worth 1 buck. So, if you have a cobblestone generator basically you can survive for EVER (a very very long time). The thing that most dumb people do with these cobblestone generators is that they keep mixing the water onto the lava. Most people should know that if you mix lava on water you get cobblestone but if you mix water on lava then you get obsidian, and obsidian can only be broken with a diamond pick and on mc.mcorigins.com 1 diamond costs 400 bucks so that is 1200 bucks just to make a diamond pickaxe. But then the whole reason you even tried to MAKE the cobblestone generator was to get money. So you could be broke. So just remember to put the LAVA on the water. Be safe :) be happy :D.
